Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item, you must wait until you receive the product and follow our return process outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Used, damaged, or altered merchandise
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- We will notify you via email about the acceptance or rejection of your return within 5–7 business days.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
If Your Return is Approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges and any return shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
- Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit or exchange for another product of equal value.
If Your Return is Rejected:
- If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
- Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Packaging details
- Your order number
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
9. General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
